Shipping 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING in the United Kingdom ( 1-3 WORKING DAYS ):

 

We are dedicated to providing you a fast and efficient service.

All orders will be shipped on a tracked 48 service for £3 and Shipping is included (free) for all order orders over £25.

All orders placed between Friday – Monday before 11am will be shipped on a Monday.

Please get in touch and enquire for overseas shipping as this can be accommodated for on a case by case basis.

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email.  In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

Please ensure someone is able to receive your order. We do not recommend  for you to change your delivery status (deliver to neighbour/change delivery date)  once your item has been shipped, as we cannot guarantee that our couriers will action your request and we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries.

 

Returns policy

All items are non refundable or exchangeable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please let us know within 24hours of receipt of any issues via Info@Fabumoss.com so we can ensure these are investigated and rectified.
